Dear
Polite One,
Are
buffet receptions in style? Our wedding will be held in the afternoon beginning
around 2 pm to 5 pm. We've considered a plated dinner with
only one entree, however, for the same price we could have a buffet with three
entrees. Personally, I think that plated dinners just add a touch of elegance
to a wedding, but if buffets are not frowned upon, we may consider that. What
do you suggest?
Greatly

Dear
Feeding the Guests,
Buffets
are fine, but plated meals are more formal. It is better, though, to have more
than one entrée because some do not eat meat. So,
the buffet may be the best option.
Sincerely,
The
Polite One
