How to Address a Congratulations Card for Doctors?

Dear Polite One,

I am sending a wedding card to faraway friends who were just married. They also both graduated from medical school the week before their wedding and are now both medical doctors; she also took his last name.

I'm just not sure how to address the envelope. When I got married it was so exciting to get mail addressed as Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Carlisle, but in my friends' case, I'm sure after all their hard work they would appreciate being addressed as Doctors somehow. I don't know what to do!

Dear Carey,

You could address them as Doctors Karen and John Smith or Doctors Smith. Either is fine.

Bride Doesn’t Wants Alcohol or Dances at Reception

Dear Polite One, I've always dreamt that my wedding reception would be alcohol and dance-free - except for the first dance of the bride and groom.
